In return, clients has the option to pay a per employee flat fee per year or work with us based on projects. Fees are dependent on the responsibilities of each employee and the overall size and sophistication of the outsourcing center. Be assured that we work closely with our clients to make certain that the outsourcing center meets their cost reduction objectives while maintaining desired quality standards.
To enhance relationships and build a team spirit, we encourage our partners to make onsite visits and provide training on its company culture and business practices.
